Studio Terms and Policies

Billing Minimums

Minimum session booking is one hour. Subsequent time is billed in quarter hours. Dub room time is billed in quarter hours, no minimum.

* Two-hour minimum booking on Saturday and Sunday.

Payment Terms

Payment is required at session end by cash or pre-approved check. VISA / MASTERCARD accepted. Terms for credit-approved customers is net-30. Balances 30 days past due will be charged an additional 1.5% interest per month. All properties left on our premises are stored at owner’s risk. Sessions and media that are not paid for in full are the property of Studiomedia Recording Company.

Cancellation Policy

Sessions canceled within 24 hours of start time are billed for half of the booked time. No show cancellations are billed for the full booking.

Copyright Responsibilities

When using copyrighted materials other than Studiomedia’s music library, for which we handle licensing on our client’s behalf, the client bears sole responsibility for obtaining proper clearances, and assures Studiomedia that the use of such material is legal. Client agrees to release Studiomedia and all of its agents from any claims resulting from use of such materials without proper clearances.
